After serving in the United States Air Force Bill returned home to the family business in 1994. He earned his degree in Plant and Soil Science from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Il. Initially Bill took the position of head grower for McNitt Gardens and Greenhouse on the retail side. Looking for a new challenge, Bill has now accepted the position of head grower for McNitt Growers and has found great success.
