At this greenhouse, good food reigns supreme.
Most days we gather with our sack lunches, but a couple times each season, we make it a little more special.
Chicharrón day is a crew favorite. Flat fried wheat piled high with beans, fresh cheese, lettuce, pico de gallo, crema, and salsa. We bring all the fixings and take the time to sit down together.
This is one of those traditions that keeps our work family connected through the season.

We would like to say thank you to everyone who came to the greenhouse yesterday for the tour. We hope that everyone had a good time. We look forward to seeing everyone at our next event and at our opening day of retail.
